In 2018, Fry was elected a Fellow of the National Association for Business Economics in recognition of his outstanding service as a professional business economist and his contributions to the field. A Senior Economist at DuPont for years before opening his own consultancy in 2015, Fry was named a top economic forecaster by Bloomberg, USA Today, and the Wall Street Journal. He also publishes a monthly newsletter, Current Economic Conditions. Fry received a master’s degree and a PhD in economics from Harvard University.
